We had a wonderful experience in the La Plata shop! Michael C went over the top in helping us choose and set up a new phone. He was very patient and knowledgeable. We will definitely continue coming here for all our wireless needs.

I've used this location in the past and had good customer service from Mike; however, today it was not a good experience at all with Lauren. Unfortunately, I felt very rushed through the process of explaining my concerns. The worst part was my payment was entered incorrectly on my debit card which ended up being a difference of $300.00 which is kind of a big deal. When I called there is no correction for this and Verizon is posting the refund to my account in 3-5 business days. Thankfully I do not think it will put my bank account into a negative status; however, in the future I hope this does not happen to anyone else.
